J&J Refrigeration Inc.(“we”, “us”) is a licensed HVAC and refrigeration contractor (Florida licence #CAC058079) serving Pinellas County. This policy explains what we collect through https://jjcools.com, why, and what you can do about it.

We only collect what you choose to send us. Specifically:

• Service requests and estimates. Your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, and any description you write.
• Booking requests. The above, plus your preferred date and time and the urgency you select.
• Chat messages. What you type to our website assistant.
• Photos you upload to the photo-diagnosis tool.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive identifiers through this website.

If you tick the opt-in box on one of our forms, J&J Refrigeration Inc. may text you about your service request, scheduling and appointment reminders. Ticking that box is entirely optional and is never a condition of getting an estimate or booking work. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also call us at (727) 552-6657 and ask us to stop.

No mobile information will be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. All other categories of data described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information stays with us and is used only to send you the messages you asked for.

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking pixels. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any comparable service, and we do not build advertising profiles.

The only thing we store in your browser is a record of your choice in our cookie notice, kept locally so we do not ask you again. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data. If we ever add analytics, it will be off unless you opt in.

To respond to you, schedule and perform work, keep a record of the service history on your equipment, and follow up about a request you started. That is the whole list.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

We use a small number of service providers to run this site. They process data on our instructions only:

• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
• Supabase — the database holding service and booking requests, hosted in the United States.
• Resend — sending email notifications to our team and confirmations to you.
• Twilio — text alerts to our dispatch team when a request comes in.
• Anthropic — the AI model behind our website assistant and photo-diagnosis tool. Your chat messages and any photo you upload are sent to Anthropic to generate a response. Anthropic does not use this content to train its models.

Service and booking requests are kept as long as needed to serve you and maintain a service history, and to meet tax, warranty and contracting record requirements. Chat transcripts and uploaded photos are processed to answer you and are not stored in our database as part of that tool.

Email us at service@jjcools.com and we will, within a reasonable time: tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — except where we are required to keep records of work performed.

To stop hearing from us, reply to any email asking us to stop, or call (727) 552-6657. Requests for service you initiate will still get a reply.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and held with the providers listed above under access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is meant for adults arranging service for a home or business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
